“Stop & Shop® In-store Customer Satisfaction Survey” Sweepstakes: Your Chance to Win Big!

Sweepstakes Dates: You can join the “Stop & Shop In store Customer Satisfaction Survey” Sweepstakes from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023. There are 12 different times you can enter during this period, so mark your calendars!

Sponsor: This sweepstakes is brought to you by The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company LLC, based in Quincy, MA.

Eligibility: To participate, you need to be 18 years or older and live in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island. Employees and their families can’t participate, and it’s only valid in the mentioned states.

Entry Periods: There are 12 Entry Periods, and each one offers chances to win cool prizes. Entries from one period don’t carry over to the next.

How to Enter: There are two ways to enter:
a. Online Survey: If you shop at Stop & Shop and get a survey invite on your receipt, visit [www.talktostopandshop.com] within five days, complete the survey, and fill out an entry form.
b. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): If you don’t shop or prefer not to take the survey, you can enter by mail. Write your info on a 3” x 5” card and send it to: “Stop & Shop In-store Customer Satisfaction Survey”, PO Box 456, Newark, NY 14513. You can send up to five entries per Entry Period.

Winning and Odds: Each Entry Period has a drawing, and ten winners get a $500 Stop & Shop gift card. Your chances depend on the number of entries for that period.

Prizes: Each winner gets a $500 gift card to Stop & Shop, totaling $5,000 in prizes for each Entry Period.

Notification and Prize Claims: Winners will be contacted by email, phone, or mail. They must complete some paperwork within seven business days to claim their prize.

General Conditions: The sweepstakes follows the law, and any technical issues won’t affect it. The sponsor’s decisions are final.

Use of Information: Your info is only used for the sweepstakes and won’t be shared.

Release and Limitation of Liability: The organizers aren’t responsible for errors or injuries during the sweepstakes.

Publicity: Winners might be featured in advertising without extra pay.

Dispute Resolution: Any issues will be resolved individually.
